How fast is delivery?
Preview images are typically ready the next day. Final assets follow after approvals. Rush options (same day) are available with a 25–60% expedite fee depending on scope.
Do you retouch portraits?
Yes. We apply a natural, non‑destructive workflow: cleanup, color, and micro‑contrast. Skin texture is preserved; no plastic look. Advanced frequency separation and dodge & burn on request.
How are files delivered?

How do you price projects?

Can I get RAW files?
We deliver retouched finals. RAW delivery is available for enterprise teams under a separate license and fee. We can also provide DNG on request.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes—NDAs and embargoes are standard. We also support secure on‑set procedures and private, access‑limited galleries for review.
What color profile do you deliver?
sRGB for web and Rec.709 video stills by default. Adobe RGB or ProPhoto RGB for print on request. Calibrated workflow; we can provide soft‑proofs for your printer ICC.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cards, and invoices with net terms for approved clients. All prices exclude tax unless stated. Receipts and W‑9/W‑8 available.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedules are free 7+ days before the shoot. Within 7 days, fees may apply to cover studio and crew. Cancellations forfeit the retainer; we always try to accommodate changes.
How long do you store my files?
Finals are archived for at least 12 months with redundant backups. We recommend keeping your own copy. Retrieval beyond 12 months may incur an archive fee.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes, we shoot on location and internationally. Travel and per diem are quoted upfront. We carry backup bodies, lenses, and lighting.
